Fo a bishop must dey blameless, as God steward, nobi self-will, no go dey quick-temper, no give to wine, no dey violent, no dey greedy fo money, but dey hospitable, person weh love wetin good, pesin weh dey dey sober fo mind, weh dey just, weh dey holy, weh get self-control, holding fast di faithful word as dem don teach am, sey hin fit dey able, by doctrine weh dey sound, to exhort and convict those weh contradict” (Titus 1:6-9). 

LESSON:

 All kristian leader dey expected to lead by example. Dem must demonstrate good character weh other pipu fit emulate. Since church leader dey appointed to represent God, dey must dey careful make dem no act in any manner or fashion weh fit mislead pipu. All activities of kristian leaders dey  expected to make pipu move closer to God.
