The Bible encouraged us to take proactive steps towards holiness as dey write am for Colossians 3:5 "Therefore put to death your members wer dey on Di earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, wer dey  idolatry." 

For addition, Di emphasized Di need for moral values and heavenly worthy activities dey mention for Colossians 3:12-14 "Therefore, as Di elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with dem one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone get complaint against another; even as krist forgave you, so nazo make una do. But above all these things put on love, wer be Di bond for perfection." 

PRAYER

Dear God, I understand say Christianity involves committed activities than becoming a mere nominal Christian. You require more sacrifices from me pass lip service; In fact, my faith will no go dey measure base on numbers of Bible wer I get or amount of religion activities wer I perform. You require committed heart with contrite spirit. Therefore, I don dey ready to give you wetin you require! I dey ready to live a committed life unto you. I go follow Di bible and waka in holiness.
