Christian Leaders Need To Lead By Example

Anyone weh desires to be a church leader must first of all be responsible fo hin house. His (or her) life must be relevant to hin family, before konsidering leading any church office. The bible talk am, 

“This one nah faithful talk: If any man desire bishop position, hin desires good work. Bishop must dey blameless, di husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, with good behavior, hospitable, and must dey able to teach; dem no go give am wine, e no go dey violent, e no go dey greedy fo money, but gentle, e no go dey quarrelsome, e no go dey covetous; person weh rules hin own house well, having hin pikin dem in submission fo all reverence (because if di man no kmow how to rule hin own house, how hin go take care of God church?); e no go be novice, not to talk of say hin go  puffed up with pride he fall inside same kondemnation like devil. Moreover he must get good testimony among those weh dey outside, lest hin don fall into reproach and inside devil snare” (1 Timothy 3:1-7).

Kristian leaders must dey responsible and lead by example. Church members must not derail to pitfall of hell fire! Fo di reason, every church leader and those weh minister fo other capacity must ensure to make decisive effort weh go positively influence dea members/followers/protege, so that God name fit be glorified fo dea life.  

PRAYER:

Dear God, i beg help our church leaders make dem lead by example, so that members fit dey faithful to you. Help our leaders to lead by example! Make dem be pipu of integrity weh sincerely promote your interest inside people life. I beg help your servants to dey strong from house, so that dem fit get enough momentum to positively impact other pipu. Anoint your servants with grace to promote undiluted gospel fo this corrupted world! Make dem dey filled with the Holy Spirit to get pawa and boldness to preach fundamental truth of di bible, so that your name fit be praised, and fo pipu to make am to heaven.
