Being Persistent In Sin Is Deadly
Israelites persistent sins make God vex well well, and Hin promise to severe dem with heavy punishment. God tell Ezekiel,
“Man pikin, wen a land sin against me with persistent unfaithfulness, I go stretch out My hand against am; I go cut kommot hin supply bread, send famine to am, and I go cut man and beast kommot from am. Even if these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, dey inside am, nah only demsef dem go deliver with dea righteousness,” Di Lord God talk am. “If I cause wild beasts to pass through di land, and dey empty am, and make am so desolate weh bi se no man fit pass through am because of di beasts, even though these three men dey inside am, as I live,” Di Lord God talk am, “dem no go deliver weda sons nor daughters; nah only dem be delivered, and di land go be desolate” (Ezekiel 14:13-16).
LESSON:
God no fit stand sin, and Hin go make anyone weh persist in am to pay fo hin or her action.
Person weh refuse repentance and die inside sin go meet God fo heaven. Such person go face di danger of hell fire. E dey written "Di soul weh sin go die (Ezekiel 18:20)." However, person weh humbly confesse hin or her sins, and repents from it am receive forgiveness. Meanwhile, forgiveness of sin fit only be obtain through di name of Jesus Krist. Krist go advocate fo any sinner weh seeks forgiveness through hin name! Di Savior go plead on hin behalf to God to receive forgiveness and restoration. Hence, anyone weh aims to inherit God kingdom must submit to the feet of Krist and konfess am as Lord.
PRAYER:
Dear Jesus, I understand sey no one fit inherit God kingdom without first accepting you as krist and konfess you as Lord. Therefore, I declare you as my Lord today! I konfess my sins and forsake dem. From now on, I dey determined to faithfully follow you and serve you with all my heart, so that I fit inherit God kingdom. I beg keep my feet stand well well at your gate, and make me make i forever fit to partake in your everlasting peace and joy fo heaven. Fo in Jesus Krist name i make my requests. Amen.
