Trust God

Zacchaeus na rish man wey humble himsef to receive di salvation of Oga Jesus krist. He climb a tree so he go see Oga Jesus, and di messiah see di effort wey him try - and he safe am. Di skripture talk say, "For dea, e get one man wey en name bi Zakius. E get money well-well, bikos e bi tax kollectors oga. E don tey wey e dey won si Jesus, but e nor fit si am, bikos e bi short man and pipu too plenty. So e run go klimb one sikamore tree make e fo fit si am, bikos Jesus go pass dat road.

Wen Jesus rish dat place, e look up kon sey, “Zakius, kom down kwik-kwik, bikos I must stay fo your house today.” (Luke 19:2-5).

LESSON

Oga Jesus krist go safe humble pesin wey humble, but he no go safe pesin wey no dey humble.

Humble pesin go wan leave dea sinful acts kon turn a new leaf, but pesin wey no humble go hold to dea sins and dem no go move - even wen Oga Jesus krist  won safe dem. On di oda hand, Oga Jesus krist go leave di door of hin salvation open fo all sinas ontil he go klose am patapata! Anyone wey dey storbon  in sin ontil di last minute go have himsef or hersef balmed. Di pesin no go get chance to enta heaven, but go enta hell fire. So, all pipu must to repent from dea sins before he dey late! Any pesin wey won show say he dey humble must pray di preya of salvation.

PRAYER FOR SALVATION

Oga Jesus krist, i konfes say you bi di living son of God wey die fo my sins. You die on di  kross kon rise up from di grave to give mi life wey nor dey finish. I belive you, and i accept you as my personal Lord and savior. As from today, i deklare myself a "Born-Again kristen".  I go follow you and serve you fo di rest of my life. Amen.
