The End Of All
God will soon draw a finishing line for the existence of this world. He will bring all souls to his judgment throne. God will review every activity and reward everyone accordingly. He will cast Satan and his followers to hellfire. The Creator will declare the followers of Jesus Christ justified because they have confessed their faith in him. The followers of Jesus Christ will be granted permanent access to heaven where they shall enjoy God's everlasting peace and prosperity. The scripture stated,
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire” (Revelation 20:11-15).
Lesson:
The long-awaited Judgment Day of God will soon come on earth and the faithful followers of Jesus Christ will be awarded the gift of eternal life in heaven. Satan and his fallen angels will receive the reward of hellfire. Humans who have refused to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord will also be hauled to hellfire. They shall suffer in hellfire forever. (Hell is a place containing God's unquenchable fire that is burning with high graded sulfur - Revelation 21:8). Meanwhile, the gracious God is ever willing to forgive a repentant sinner. He will save whoever repents from his/her sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. It is therefore important that every soul immediately take the appropriate step of confessing Jesus Christ as his/ her Lord before it is too late. A person who procrastinates may miss an opportunity of going to heaven since he does not know when he will die (or a time that rapture will happen).
Prayer:
Dear God, I don't want to go to hellfire, but I want to go to heaven. Please count me worthy for heaven! I understand that faith in Jesus Christ is the license to heaven; therefore, I confess my faith in Jesus Christ. I believe that he is the savior of the world, and I accept him as my personal Lord and Savior. Please forgive my sins and grant me the strength to faithfully serve you unto the end. Please write my name in the book of life, and let me ever worthy of your eternal kingdom. For in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord I pray and make declarations of faith. Amen!
