He kol di elders of Israel, he say "Naw, as i dey here so, anybody fit talk bad about mi before God and di king wey e choose? I don use force take anybody animal? I don do anybody wrong? I don opress anybody? I don take bribe from anybody hand wey make mi nor talk true? Make una tel mi and i go ansa una!” Di pipu ansa, “You neva do us wrong or opress us. You neva take anytin from anybody hand.” Samuel kon tel dem, “God and di king wey e choose na witness sey una neva akuiz mi fo any bad tin.”

LESSON
Many pipu dey drunk wit pawa, and dey don abuse dea positions. In fact, pipu don accept say "pawa korrupt, and absolute pawa korrupts absolutely". We must serve well-well in any kapacity wey we occupy and see say we no dey tink of ourselves alone. God go honor any kristen wey honor am wit his/her position, but he go punish anyone wey no use hin position wel.
PRAYER
God abeg, kip mi humble so i no dey full wit pawa. Kon help mi manage my position well-well so i no go make you angry. Let mi dey apply godly fear to everything wey i dey do and kon make mi a true kristen and pesin wey dey show the attitude of oga Jesus krist. I also pray fo pipu wey dey in pawa: Abeg give dem heart wey dey fear you; give dem pawa to make gud judgement. No allow dem focus on dea own alone, but help dem so dem go serve in whatever kapacity dey occupy. Let it bi wel wit pipu wey dey government, let dea bi peace fo our land.
